This is an old interview I did with a friend of mine, Brian Buckley for a music news website called ShakeToShuffle. I figured I’d post it. It’s pretty interesting if you’re curious about the life of a tour manager. I published this about a year ago. Currently, Brian is TMing for a band called He is We.

Australian pop-punk band Tonight Alive has released their second single, “Starlight,” and announced U.S. tour dates for March through May in anticipation of their new album, What Are You So Scared Of?, which is scheduled for release on February 14 via Fearless Records.

Tours are routed for ALL days of the week. Accept that promoters/clubs have to book some weekdays, OR drive 100s of miles to another club on Saturday. Saying something like “ya know you’d have more people at your show if you had it on a weekend” is just ignorant and makes you look like a moron.
